Context and objective

End-to-end platform for appliance service operations, combining AI-assisted WhatsApp scheduling, work orders, technician dispatch, finance, warranty workflows and a PWA for field teams.

I built EletroFix Hub Pro, a complex full-stack platform for Fix Fogoes that brings the entire service operation into one system, from the first WhatsApp message to job completion and billing. It combines AI-assisted scheduling from natural-language messages, automated technician assignment by specialty and location, advanced work-order management, a drag-and-drop calendar, financial controls, warranty handling, partner workshop workflows and a PWA for technicians and shops in the field.

The challenge

The core challenge here was not just building a polished interface. It was designing a flow that fit the real business context, reduced operational noise and turned a fragmented process into something clearer, faster and more reliable.

That usually means aligning customer service, decision-making, record keeping, automation and follow-up under one coherent logic. In other words: making the product support the operation, not the other way around.

My responsibilities

  • Designed the full system architecture across frontend, backend, database and integrations
  • Built the frontend in React + TypeScript with a modern design system
  • Built the FastAPI middleware that orchestrates AI, WhatsApp and the database layer
  • Modeled the Supabase database, including tables, relationships, RLS and SQL functions
  • Implemented smart scheduling and technician routing logic
  • Configured deployment on Railway, Supabase and Vercel
  • Added automated tests for APIs and critical flows

Final CTA

If you want to build something like this or reorganize an operation that still depends too heavily on manual work, overloaded customer service or a confusing interface, this is exactly the kind of project where I usually create the most value.
